This project was focused upon the restoration and refurbishment of a 19th century Jute Mill into 17 new flats. The building is an ‘A’ grade listed building so it was essential that we maintained the aesthetic in order to comply with the buildings regulations and ensured that the listed building status was not tarnished.
Express Heating and Plumbing was responsible for the installation of all plumbing and heating services inclusive of design, boiler installation, central heating, bathrooms and kitchens, for all 14 of the new build homes within Farquhar Court.
This home is newly refurbished and set in attractive gardens within close walking distance to the town centre of Dundee. Express Heating and Plumbing were responsible for fitting all of the en-suite bedrooms with the appropriate facilities alongside the wet rooms and bathrooms throughout the facility. We were also responsible for the supply and installation of plumbing equipment utilised in the hair salon and kitchens inside the care home.
